سلام دوستان من با این خطا رو به رو میشم (با یک USBasp که از سایت خریدم...)

avrdude: warning: cannot set sck period. please check for usbasp firmware update.
avrdude: error: usbasp_transmit: usb_control_msg: sending control message failed, win error: A device attached to the system is not functioning.


avrdude: error: programm enable: target doesn't answer. 0 
avrdude: initialization failed, rc=-1
         Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
         this check.
